Black Soap History
The skin of the plantain is carefully dried to an accurate texture under the sun. Afterwards, it is roasted in a clay oven. Constant heat must be maintained in order to attain a particular texture, color, texture & smell. The roasting of the plantains determines the shade of the organic soap.
